PURPOSE: A message ball health room apparatus is provided to obtain a message effect by a human in a low place hitting the message balls dropping from a high place. CONSTITUTION: The message ball health room apparatus comprises a bottom part(400) in which a reclined stand is installed and the dropping message balls(1) hit the user lying with his back up, sitting or standing; a message ball dropping stand(100) which is installed on the top of the apparatus and drops the message balls to a desired place; delivery unit to deliver the message balls to the message ball dropping stand; message ball collecting unit to recollect the message balls dropped to the bottom part and to put the balls into the delivery unit.
