PURPOSE: A structure of an unequal angle commutator is provided to prevent the rotation torque from being lowered, by forming commutator pieces at unequal spacing so as to delay or advance the section of the coil induced with the polarity opposite to the polarity of the magnet. CONSTITUTION: A flat type vibration motor comprises a brush, a commutator(100), a shaft, a coil, and a magnet. The commutator includes a plurality of pieces disposed into a circular shape centering from the shaft. At least one pair of pieces from among the plural pieces have arcs whose lengths are longer than the lengths of arcs of the adjacent other pair of pieces.
