摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stably controlling ozone concentration from immediately after start-up of an operation without using an ozone sensor having a function to notify a stable operation, a constant signal generator and a changeover device. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an ozone sensor which measures the ozone concentration in air and outputs a concentration measurement signal corresponding to the concentration measured value, an ozone concentration setting device which outputs a concentration setting signal corresponding to the target value of the ozone concentration, an adder which outputs a concentration deviation signal corresponding to a concentration deviation between the concentration measuring signal and the concentration setting signal, a PI regulator to calculate a concentration regulation value so that the concentration measured value is to be equivalent to the target value on the basis of the concentration deviation signal, a generated amount detector to detect a generated value corresponding to an amount of ozone generation based on the concentration regulation value, an electric current regulator which calculates an electric current regulation value so that the generated value is to be equivalent to the concentration regulation value, an ozone generation amount regulator which outputs the generated value corresponding to the amount of ozone generation on the basis of the electric current regulation value, and an ozonizer to generate ozone in the air on the basis of the generated value.
