PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate static electricity of a supply part efficiently without inhibiting part supply capacity of a part aligning and supply device. SOLUTION: On a bottom face of a bowl 1 of a vibration-type bowl feeder 3, a discharge port 12 for static eliminating ion air is provided slightly upstream of an inlet 15 of a spiral-state conveying path 2, and by blowing a static eliminating ion air to a part from this discharge port 12 through an air-permeable sintered body 17, static electricity of all the parts entering the conveying path 2 can be surely and efficiently eliminated without inhibiting part supply capacity. |
