PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an optical fiber (or a optical fiber ribbon) is bent at an array area edge and to prevent it from being easily peeled. SOLUTION: The optical fibers 3a of an optical fiber sheet 3 are put into array grooves 2a of an array main body 2 and fixed with a lid 4. The array rear-end side part (rear-side part of the array main body 2) of the tape 3 of optical fibers is interposed between upper and lower flexible resin sheets 12 in an optical fiber sheet state (optical fiber sheet part 13). Since the part of the optical fiber sheet 11 near its array rear edge (rear edge of the array main body 2) 14 becomes the optical fiber sheet part 13 and is reinforced, the problem that the optical fiber sheet 3 is bent at the array rear edge 14 is solved. Further, the optical fiber sheet part 13 is tightly fixed widely in a surface shape on the top surface of the array main body 2 with an adhesive, and hence the problem that the optical fiber sheet 3 peels off from the array main body 2 is not caused.
