PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a void reactivity coefficient measuring device capable of accurately actually measuring a void reactivity coefficient during operation without changing a state. SOLUTION: This method and this device are so structured that a reactivity variation amount is computed in a reactivity variation amount computing circuit 3 from an APRM signal 1 of a measurement signal of a reactor core, a reactivity transfer function for pressure variation of a dome or the reactor core is computed from a dome pressure signal 5 or a reactivity variation amount signal obtained by the computing circuit 3, and the void reactivity coefficient is measured by the reactivity transfer function, the pressure signal and a void rate. The void reactivity coefficient during operation can be accurately actually measured without changing the state by the use of the structure.
