PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer capable of surely preventing bolts and nuts from loosening by providing a spacer with spring in a special washer. SOLUTION: A strong tightening by a spring action and the effect of preventing looseness due to vibration and shrinkage of wood can be expected by incorporating the spacer with spring in the special washer. Thus, the bolts and nuts can be held always at a constant tightening force.
