PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swirl preventive device of a multi-stage compressor which can eliminate any swirl of the fluid passing through a seal part of each stage, prevent any unstable vibration of a rotor by reducing the excitation force, and perform the stable continuous operation. SOLUTION: In the multi-stage centrifugal compressor 1 in which the fluid with swirl passes through a labyrinth seal part 8, a fluid passage 10 to allow the high-pressure fluid G to cancel the swirl is provided on the labyrinth seal part 8 of a plurality of stages of the multi-stage centrifugal compressor 1.
