PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material connecting clip improved to realize compatibility of sure keeping the temporary stop state with high assembling work efficiency relatively easily. SOLUTION: This plate material connecting clip is formed by a screw pin 4 having an enlarged diameter head part 2 and a male screw shaft 3, and a grommet 9 having a screw pin insert hole 6 having a projecting part (a spiral projection 5) formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof to be engaged with a root of the male screw shaft, a plurality of leg parts whose free end sides can be deformed to be expanded, and a flange part 8. When the male screw shaft is inserted in the screw pin insert hole of the grommet, the leg parts are expanded to connect the plurality of plate materials to each other. A web 13 projected outwardly from the apex of the thread in the radial direction and filling the valley of the screw is provided on a flat surface passing the shaft center of the male screw shaft in the counter-enlarged diameter head part side of the male screw shaft.
