PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly mount a tensioner while improving workability of processing of an accessory mounting bracket, when a tensioner is fixed to the accessory mounting bracket of an engine. SOLUTION: A mounting face 39a of a flat autotensioner 22 is formed to an accessory mounting bracket 17 fixed to an engine body, and a cylindrical autotensioner accommodating hole 39 for accommodating a cylindrical main body 41 of the autotensioner 22 is formed inside the installing face 39a. Under a condition that the main body 41 is housed in the autotensioner housing hole 39, a bolt 46 penetrating through an installing flange 42 installed to the main body 41 is screwed into a bolt hole 40 of the accessory mounting bracket 17, so as to fix the autotensioner 22 to the accessory mounting bracket 17.
