PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical means for firmly fixing a separator bolt to a reinforcement in radial and axial directions and capable of also coping, to some degree, with reinforcements of different diameters on the separator bolt used by connecting to the reinforcements for holding a control panel at a specified position. SOLUTION: The base end of a screw lever 6 is connected or fixed to a steel plate 1 formed in a chevron shape by bending in a direction perpendicular to the axis thereof, and the center part of both skirt sides 12 of the chevron- shaped steel plate is fitted into the thread groove 5 of the reinforcement 3. The chevron-shaped steel plate 1 is tightened to the reinforcement 3 with a tightening bolt 2 passed through the ridge part of the chevron-shaped steel plate 1, and the skirt side 12 of the chevron-shaped steel plate to be pushed out by a tightening force is engaged with the thread groove 5 of the reinforcement to connect the screw lever 6 to the reinforcement 3. Thus, merely one type of fixture can cope with a plurality types of reinforcements with different diameters, and the types of the sizes of the metal bars are less required.
