PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated sheet excellent in flame retardant property, waterproof property, soil-preventing property, endurance and sewing property, without containing a halogen such as chlorine, bromine, and exhibiting less environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This resin-coated sheet is a fibrous cloth whose both surfaces are coated with a thermoplastic resin and only one of the surfaces contains a flame retardant, and is characterized by exhibiting the flame retardant property of exhibiting <=5 sec flame-remaining time, <=20 sec dust-remaining time and <=40 cm carbonized area by a flame retardant test as described in the paragraph 3, article 4 of enforcement regulation of the Fire Services Act, and also exhibiting <=5 sec flame-remaining time, <=1 min dust-remaining time and <=10 cm carbonized length by a flame retardant test regulated in the JIS A 1322.
