PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit an excellent dust-collection function at the time of handling a ladle and to obtain a good working visual field at the time of lifting work of other articles or at the time of pouring molten metal or taking out the molten metal in a dust-collection device for a ceiling crane. SOLUTION: In the dust-collection device for a ceiling crane, a vertically telescopic suction duct is hung down at the vicinity of a crane hook 3 of the ceiling crane of a building of a casting factory and is connected to a bag filter type dust-collector. A duct lifting mechanism 7 for lifting the suction duct 5 is provided on the movable body 1 and the suction duct 5 can be lifted separately from the crane hook 3.
