PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for inspecting a mounting slippage in a metal dome or the like. SOLUTION: In this method for inspecting whether or not a mounting sheet 5 is mounted at a prescribed position of the metal dome 4, a mask plate 130A having the center positioned in the designed mounting position in the metal dome 4 of the mounting sheet 5 and having a mask hole 131a having a hole diameter larger than the outer diameter of the metal dome 4 and a size within the mounting slippage of the metal dome 4 is made to oppose to the mounting sheet 5. The mounting image of the metal dome 4 in this state is obtained under lighting by an imaging means 110, and the mounting image of the metal dome 4 is binarized by the characteristic difference in light transmission of the metal dome 4, the mounting sheet 5 and the mask plate 130A. The circumferential length or area of the extracted image obtained by the binarizing processing is calculated, and the mounting slippage is judged from this value. Accordingly, a versatile inspection with shortened processing time can be performed. |
