PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the load of a component used in a low-pressure range of a flow-in side. SOLUTION: Multiple pump elements 44 driven by a driving shaft 38 and partitioning one working chamber 48, the low-pressure range 18, a high-pressure range 20, and a controllable valve device 54 for controlling a pressure feeding quantity are provided. Separately controllable valve devices 54b and 54c capable of forcibly connecting working chambers 48b and 48c to the low-pressure range 18 are arranged corresponding to at least one of the specified working chambers 48b and 48c so as to temporarily stop pressure feeding from the corresponding working chambers 48b and 48c to the high-pressure range 20.
