PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the burden on a computing capacity of a processing unit of a navigation apparatus reducible, and to allow the display to be quickly and relatively inexpensively performed, when conducting processing based on signals from an absolute positional information receiving part, an angular velocity sensor, a vehicle speed sensor and the like to calculate the position of a moving body on a prescribed map, so as to be displayed, in a moving body navigation system. SOLUTION: This invention provides a module 1A for outputting positional information of the moving body as a digital signal. The module 1A is provided with the absolute positional information receiving part 2 for receiving information about an absolute position of the moving body, an angular velocity information outputting part 3 for outputting information about an angular velocity of the moving body, a moving distance calculation information outputting part 4 for calculating a moving distance long a locus of the moving body, and a processing part 6 for conducting the processing based on the signals from the respective parts 2, 3, 4 to calculate the position of the moving body on the prescribed map. |
