PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a two-wheeled vehicle making deep hanging up possible even if a cushion material is thin, making sharp hanging up possible, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This seat for a two-wheeled vehicle 1 is formed such that the cushion material 3 is placed on a bottom plate 2, the cushion material 3 is covered with a surface skin material 4, and the surface skin material 4 is hanged up to the bottom plate 2 side in the specified position. A long hole 2a is formed in the bottom plate 2 in the hanging up position of the surface skin material 4, at least a separated part is formed in the long hole 2a in the cushion material 3, a tongue part 4f is formed in the surface skin material 4, the tongue part 4f of the surface skin material 4 is passed through the separated part of the cushion material 3 and the long hole 2a of the bottom plate 2 and drawn out to the back surface of the bottom plate 2, and the tongue part 4f and the bottom plate 2 are joined.
