PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air cooling system controlling the temperature and the humidity indoors. SOLUTION: The temperature and the absolute humidity of the supply air SA to be supplied in the outside cooling system are set based on the temperature of the circulating indoor air and the absolute humidity of the indoor air. On the other hand, the humidifying quantity of the circulating air (ROOM) is determined from the state of the temperature and the absolute humidity of the introduced outside air OA, and the mixture of the circulating air (ROOM) and the outside air OA is controlled.
