A filmolytic protease suitable for treating thrombosis is obtainable from Aspergillus ackraceus culture enzyme prepns. The crude enzyme mixture is extended with aqueous buffer, filtered through DEAE-sephade (RTM) or cellulose, and pptd. with organic solvent. The solid is then dried, dissolved in H2O and fractionated on sephadex G75 or G100, eluting with H2O, and freeze-dried. |
