The control circuit (40) substantially in opposition to a current representing current variations through the first capacitor (Cout) conducts a current through the second capacitor (C comp) and that said current through said second capacitor generates a compensating voltage (Ucomp), which together with a capacitor voltage (Ucout) across the first capacitor (Cout) constitutes the supply voltage (Uout).
