PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color display device which can improve ultra-high-speed color changing and repeating ability without entailing oxidation reaction. SOLUTION: This color display device is characterized in having one of the electrodes formed on both sides of a thin phthalocyanine derivative film as a reflecting electrode and the other as a transparent electrode. |
