摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-temperature sintered catalytic oxide electrode which can improve the performance of the catalytic oxide electrode (a Ru oxide electrode and an Ir oxide electrode) used for water treatment and further improve the organic matter decomposition efficiency. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the high-temperature sintered catalytic oxide electrode, the oxide anode is sintered at a high sintering temperature of >=600<= to manufacture the electrode, a titanium dioxide TiO2 screening layer is formed between the base titanium and the catalyst oxide layer to prevent oxidation of a base titanium by the high-temperature sintering and degradation of the activation of the oxide anode caused by the solid diffusion on the electrode surface. After etching the base titanium with hydrochloric acid, the chloride solution of RuCl3 or IrO3 dissolved in hydrochloric acid is applied by brushing and a dipping method. The base titanium is then dried for 10 minutes at 60 deg.C. After the heat treatment for 10 minutes at 250 to 350<=, the sintering is performed for one to two hours finally at 600 to 700 deg.C by inserting the TiO2 screening layer or without inserting any TiO2 screening layer.
