PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide immediate smooth control of a driving apparatus on starting by feeding lubricant in a heat storage container to at least the driving apparatus from a low temperature state before starting of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The heat storage container 40 storing lubricant delivered from a lubricant sump 31 in a heat retained state is provided independently of the lubricant sump 31 in regard to the internal combustion engine 1 having a lubricating pump 33 sucking in the lubricant of the lubricant sump 31 and feeding the lubricant to an internal combustion engine body 10 and the driving apparatus 20. An electric pump 50 is provided independently of the lubricating pump 33, and it sucks the lubricant in the heat storage container 40 and feeds the lubricant to the internal combustion engine body 10 and the driving apparatus 20. The electric pump 50 and opening and closing valves 61 and 62 are driven by a control means 70 in response to at least a prediction result of a starting predicting means 80, and they are controlled so that the lubricant is fed to at least the driving apparatus 20 before starting of the internal combustion engine 1.
