PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper capable of being easily mounted to a vibration source side. SOLUTION: A cover fixing part 10 made out of a rubber elastic body and integrated with a mass holding part 3 is formed on a mounting bracket 2. Bolt holes 16, 24 of the mounting bracket 2 and a dust cover 19 are fitted, the cover fixing part 10 is fitted and fixed to a mounting hole 23 of the dust cover 19, and the mounting bracket 2 and the dust cover 19 are integrated. Whereby the labor for fitting both bolt holes 16, 24 to each other can be omitted when the dynamic damper is mounted to the vibration source side.
