PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape cutting device smoothly supplying adhesive tape having a non-adhesive part formed on a tip of the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: A regulating member is attached on a pasting mechanism 38 as one body to prevent a tip part of the adhesive tape T from hitting a wall of an upper side of a discharging opening and going into an opening between the pasting mechanism 38 and a cutter mechanism 59 and not to make the adhesive tape T separate from a carrying way when the adhesive tape T warping upward passes through the opening between the pasting mechanism 38 and the cutter mechanism 59.
