PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cuter capable of manufacturing with a few number of parts, at low cost, easy to replace tape, and easy to recycle after use. SOLUTION: The tape cutter 1 is provided with a roll tape storing part 2 storing a lower part of a roll tape 7 in such a manner that the roll tape 7 can freely rotate, a locking part 4 locking one end edge of tape separated and pulled out from the roll tape 7, a cutting edge 3 cutting a part pulled out beyond the locking part 4. A tape guide part 2b having an outer circumference edge of the roll tape 7 contact thereon is provided on one end part in a cutting edge 3 side of the roll tape storing part 2. The tape guide part 2b is provided at a position lower than a line connecting a center 8 of the roll tape 7 and the cutting edge 3 when the roll tape 7 is stored in the roll tape storing part 2a.
