PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a ring-state member in which a part of its circumference is missing as a C-ring one by one and to improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: A rod-state member 6 in the cantilever state with its base end supported and its free end oriented upward is rotated by a motor 4, and a plate-state part 6b and a spiral shaft part 6c are provided from the base end on the rod-state member. A drum 9 is provided surrounding outside the spiral shaft part and rotated by a motor 12. A plurality of C rings 8 are reserved within the drum, and the C rings are scraped up with rotation by a scraping-up member 9b provided on the inner circumferential face of the drum. The C rings which were scraped up and fell freely are caught at the tip end of the spiral shaft part. The C rings can be supplied to the next process by individually transferring them by the spiral shaft part and dropping them one by one at a small-width shaft part and continuously fitted to the rod-state member, the C-ring supply device can be automated, and work efficiency of the line to individually supply the C rings can be improved.
