<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging method and device for slug and metal produced by a waste melting furnace which produces slug having stable properties. SOLUTION: A discharging method for fused materials comprises a step in which the fused materials move through a connecting path which connects the bottom of a melting furnace and a post-furnace which is installed adjacent to the melting furnace for waste and ashes produced by burning waste and stores the fused materials, and a step in which fused slug and fused metal are individually discharged from exhaust ports formed in the post-furnace, wherein the melting furnace and the post-furnace are connected with the connecting path having at least the same width of the post-furnace, and an induction heating coil installed to surround a fused metal pool continuously formed at the bottom of the melting furnace, the connecting path, and the post-furnace heats the fused metal pool by passing an induced current.</p> |
