PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a storage phosphor layer on a glass plate while tightly fitting the storage phosphor layer to the glass plate without bringing them into optical contact with each other, in a radioactive-ray image conversion panel. SOLUTION: The glass plate 10 are tightly fitted to the storage phosphor layer 20 without bringing them into optical contact with each other, edges E of the tightly fitting interface T between the glass plate 10 and the phosphor layer 20 is sealed with an adhesive tape 15, and the transparent glass plate 10, the phosphor layer 20, an adhesive layer 30 and a support layer 40 are stacked in that order.
