PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure for constructing a new building on an existing basement capable of surely transmitting a load of the new building to a foundation slab of an existing building left by breaking up from a column, and easily constructible by a deep layer mixing processing construction method. SOLUTION: The existing building having the basement is broken up by leaving at least an underground outer wall of an underground part and the foundation slab, fluidization processing earth is placed on the foundation slab, sediment is backfilled up to the vicinity of a foundation slab bottom surface position of the new building on the fluidization processing earth, the new ground is created on the inside surrounded by the underground outer wall, and a soil cement column is shallowly created on the new ground so as to reach the fluidization processing earth.
