PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creating method for a solidification processed pile capable of eliminating work for creeping on an excess solidification part for truing up the top end. SOLUTION: This method creates a columnar body while agitating and mixing a solidification material with original ground soil by rotating an agitating blade while delivering the solidifation material from the device tip vicinity when pulling up at least an agitating shaft by rotating, intruding or pulling up the agitating shaft by adjusting the tip of a mechanical agitator-mixer to a core of an executing column body, and is provided with a solidification restraining process for pulling up the agitating blade on the ground while agitating and mixing a solidification inhibitor with the original ground soil by rotating the agitating blade while delivering the solidification inhibitor from the tip vicinity of the mechanical agitator-mixer positioned in the design height after creating the solidification processed pile by a pulling-up process.
