PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the leak of oil, suppress vibration in a cylinder head cover sufficiently, and reduce noise caused by the vibration sufficiently. SOLUTION: A rubber seal 13 has an insertion part 13a to be inserted into a channel 11c formed in a flange part 11a of the cylinder head cover 11 and a protruding part 13b protruding from the channel 11c. Locking blades 13c whose widths are reduced toward the channel 11c are formed in both sides of the insertion part 13a, respectively, and the protruding part 13b has a pair of branched parts 13d forked into two parts on its cross sectional face. In the mounting structure of the cylinder head cover, the flange part 11a is nipped by a pair of vibration control washers 16 provided separately and independently from the rubber seal 13. Counter sinking 11d is formed in the flange part around both ends of a mounting hole, and faces opposing counter sinkings of a pair of vibration control washers are formed into truncated cone shapes corresponding to shapes of counter sinkings, respectively.
