PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device with excellent durability which avoids erosion and breakage of DPF by equalizing temperature distribution of the DPF and preventing local occurrence of abnormal high temperature. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device 10A comprises an oxidation catalyst converter 3Aa on the upstream of a passage of exhaust gas, and a diesel particulate filter 3Ab on the downstream thereof. The oxidation catalyst converter 3Aa and the diesel particulate filter 3Ab are formed into a tubular shape in a manner that the exhaust gas enters the upstream end and is discharged from the downstream end. Also, a strong oxidation catalyst 32As is carried by an outer periphery side passage portion Z1 of the oxidation catalyst converter 3Aa, and a weak oxidation catalyst 32Aw is carried by a central passage portion Z2, respectively. |
