<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose of waste always generated safely and by an effective method, to reduce the amount of disposal and to provide aggregate using the waste as useful resources. SOLUTION: The aggregate consists of a core material (A) formed by compressing at least one material selected from the group consisting of a crashed material of plastics, a crashed material of vinyl products, shredder dust, ash and molten slag and a water-hadenable material (B) with which the core material is coated.</p> |
