PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture which has a high water reducing ratio and slump retainability, and to provide a cement composition blended with the cement admixture. SOLUTION: The admixture essentially consists of a mixture of a second copolymer in which the ratio of a first polyethylene glycol (meth)acrylate having a specified oxyethylene mean additional molar number is 5 to 65 wt.%, the ratio of a carboxylic monomer is 35 to 95 wt.%, and the other monomer capable of copolymerizing with these monomers is 0 to 50 wt.% and/or a second copolymer salt obtained by neutralizing the copolymer with an alkaline substance, and a third copolymer in which the ratio of a second polyethylene glycol (meth) acrylate having a specified oxyethylene mean additional molar number is 65 to 95 wt.%, the ratio of a carboxylic monomer is 5 to 35 wt.%, and the ratio of the other monomer capable of copolymerizing with these monomers is 0 to 30 wt.% and/or a third copolymer salt obtained by neutralizing the copolymer with an alkaline substance. |
