PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure circuit capable of efficiently distributing oil pressure supplied from a third pump connected to a third circuit to a first or second circuit as well to prevent lowering of operability of each actuator connected to the first or second circuit. SOLUTION: This oil circuit includes a first confluent passage 65 or a second confluent passage 66 provided to supply the oil pressure force-fed from the third pump 5 to the direction switching valves 8, 19 of the first circuit (a) or the direction switching valves 14, 15 of the second circuit (b) and a confluent valve 20 for communicating and/or interrupting the first confluent passage 65 and the second confluent passage 66 with the third pump 5. The confluent valve 20 has a first switching position 20b for connecting the third pump 5 to the second confluent passage 66 and a second switching position 20c for connecting the same to the first confluent passage 65 and the second confluent passage 66. When the direction switching valve 18 of the first circuit (a) is not operated, the confluent valve is switched to the first switching position 20a, and when the direction switching valve 18 is operated, it is switched to the second switching position 20c.
