PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermosetting resin varnish having excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: (1) When the thermosetting resin varnish is produced by using (A) a thermosetting resin, (B) an aromatic polysulfone resin and (C) and organic solvent as essential components, these components are heat-treated, when the component (A) and the component (B) are mixed or after they are mixed. (2) The thermosetting resin varnish is produced by adding (D) an inorganic filler to the thermosetting resin (A) in addition to the components (A), (B) and (C). (3) A thermosetting resin varnish is produced according to the methods (1) and (2) wherein an epoxy resin is used as a component (A) in stead of the thermosetting resin.
