PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that communication by the Internet is disturbed by various crimes and efforts of self-defence, specially, on a side which communicates and a communication technique for disallowing entry into contents even in case of entry into a network are desired although official prevention countermeasures are recently taken and become effective. SOLUTION: Cipher communication by coefficient repetitive intervention using a key used for communication only as a series completely different from original cipher is provided by dividing a communication message into words, etc., ciphering them by using a unique cipher dictionary, and making a random number as a coefficient repeatedly intervene, and thus changing the message one after another by operating numbers.
