摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that though an internal polarization type electrification method is offered as an ozoneless electrification method and a photoreceptor adaptable to the method is offered, the repetitive operating life of the photoreceptor is not sufficiently long. SOLUTION: A multilayer photoreceptor having a charge generating layer and a bipolar movable charge transport layer on a substrate or a photoreceptor obtained by stacking a first charge transport layer. A charge generating layer and a second charge transport layer in order is used, the first and second charge transport layers are formed as layers capable of transporting both electrons and holes. Since a resin excellent in wear resistance, such as polycarbonate can be used by disposing such a charge transport layer as the uppermost layer, scraping is suppressed, and the objective photoreceptor suitable for use in an ozoneless internal polarization type electrification method and having a long operating life is designed.
