PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection nozzle for a pinning method capable of appropriately injecting resin and simplifying repair works of an external wall surface and to provide the pinning method. SOLUTION: This injection nozzle 12 for the pinning method injects adhesive resin into a filler insertion hole 7 formed by penetrating through a finishing material 3 and drilling a skeleton to a prescribed depth. This injection nozzle comprises a nozzle body 22 having a resin injection channel in the axial center and a tapered part 27 formed in the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle body 22, closely stuck to the opening part of the filler insertion hole 7, and capable of pressuring and sealing it. At least, the tapered part 27 comprises an elastic material having solvent resistance to the resin.
