PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior wall board of a building combining a charcoal cement board with a thermal insulating material so that it is not necessary to mount the thermal insulating material over again. SOLUTION: When the interior wall board of the building is manufactured, the thermal insulating material is integrated into the charcoal cement board to make it as a product, it is used as a building concrete construction form material, it is clamped with the conventional hardware to make a placing cure for the concrete to remove the conventional hardware, the charcoal cement board remains unchanged to use it as the interior wall to have the advantage of changing a plus-ion to a minus-ion, and the interior wall removes the conventional clamping bolt as a slipping stopper to clamp it with a decoration changing bolt.
