PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blockage by smoothening flow of a non-fluid substance in a force-feed pipe and to force-feed the non-fluid substance in the pipe smoothly in the stable state. SOLUTION: In the non-fluid substance force-feed device 1 provided with a force-feed cylinder 3 having a discharge valve 8 at a discharge port 7, an input chute 4 for supply to the force-feed cylinder 3 by inputting a non-fluid substance M, and a plunger 6 for discharging the non-fluid substance M in the force-feed cylinder 3 from the discharge port 7 into a force-feed pipe 9 through front and rear reciprocation, a fluid hydraulic device 2 for discharge of a fluid L alternately with discharge of the non-fluid substance M from this non-fluid substance force-feed device 1 is provided, and between the discharge port 7 of the non-fluid substance force-feed device 1 and the force-feed pipe 9, a merging pipe 10 communicating to a discharge pipe 17 of the fluid hydraulic device 2 is provided for merging the fluid L discharged from the fluid hydraulic device 2 into the non-fluid substance M discharged from the non-fluid substance force-feed device 1.
