PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disuse a large scale jig elevating means by making a jig for a roof lightweight and compact, reduce initial investment, and make step change quick. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left side members 4 is welded to an under body 3 so as to fit a lower portion welding edges to the right and left welding edges of the under body 3. A roof 31 is temporally placed between an upper portion welding edges of the right and left side members 4 so as to fit the right and left welding edges to the upper portion welding edges of the side members 4. Beam-shaped jigs 35, 36 crossing the upper part of the roof 31 detachably supported at the right and left both ends in a tower-shaped frame body 34 vertically installed from the ground side at two front and rear portions of the roof 31. The upper portion welding edge front and rear parts of the side member 4 and the right and left welding edge front and rear parts of the roof 31 are connected and fixed with a pair of cramp jigs 39 installed in the tower-shaped jig, and in the connected and fixed state, the side member 4 and the roof 31 are tack welded.
