PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shifting device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle capable of surely performing shift lock function and key interlock function with a simple structure. SOLUTION: While a shift lever 3 is moved from a parking range P to a select direction G with guiding the same with a select gate 21b in a left and right direction, a lock member 32 moving together with a rotating lever cam 31 is engaged with and disengaged from an engagement hole of a slide block 11 from a side direction. The shift lever 3, thereby is locked and unlocked in a shifting direction and a cable 41 is pulled and pushed by the rotating lever cam 31 to switch the key interlock.
