PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition capable of enhancing a refreshing feeling or a cold sense or having persistence and an aqueous composition having excellent antimicrobial actions. SOLUTION: This aqueous composition is prepared by using a refreshing ingredient and at least any one of an N-alkylsulfonic acid-N'-alkyl derivative of piperazine or an N-alkylsulfonic acid derivative of morpholine in combination. Furthermore, the aqueous composition is prepared by using an antimicrobial ingredient, at least any one of the N-alkylsulfonic acid-N'-alkyl derivative of the piperazine or the N-alkylsulfonic acid derivative of the morpholine and the refreshing ingredient in combination. |
