<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for human resources development by which human resources reliable in the real world are developed through a certification examination for judging examinee's general ability and through education for raising the level of examinee's ability in the field of natural science or social science in which ability to judge, ability to apply, ways of thinking are put to the test. SOLUTION: An examinee 11 takes a certification examination aiming at passing the grades 12 ranked according to the ability level. As a result of the certification examination, examinees 15 passing the upper grades are registered in a personnel registration/introduction center 16 and also introduced to a personnel employment organization 17. Examinees 18 passing the lower grades take level-up training at a level-up education section 19 and, after the level-up training is over, take the certification examination again. This step is successively repeated to develop human resources.</p> |
