PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly adjust a projection amount of a guide ring from a car body through adjustment of the position of the guide ring in the right and left direction against a guide arm and to simplify the structure. SOLUTION: A guide ring shaft 18 in which a supporting shaft 15 is fixed to the end of a guide arm 7 and an outer circumferential shaft part 18b having a shaft hole 18a whose center matches a shaft center C1 of the supporting shaft 15 and having a shaft center C2 decentered from the shaft center C1 by a distance e has a shaft hole 18a fitted to a guide shaft part 15a of the supporting shaft 15 and is rotatably supported around it. A guide ring 8 is rotatably supported by the outer circumferential shaft part 18b of the guide ring shaft 18 through a bearing 19.
