PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant drawing out device improving the refrigerant recovering efficiency in recovering the refrigerant from a refrigerator waste. SOLUTION: In this refrigerant drawing out device 11 for recovering the refrigerant from a pipe part 28 by moving a needle member 16 to form a hole on a refrigerant distribution pipe, a cut face 27 of the needle member 16 is provided with angles of plural stages, and an angleαof the first cut face 27a is more than an angleβof the second cut face 27b, whereby the clogging caused by the tube wall is prevented, and the refrigerant recovering efficiency is improved.
