A blood pressure monitor apparatus comprises a blood pressure measuring device (10, 14, 22, 24, 72, 70) which includes a cuff (10) and measures a blood pressure value of a living subject by changing a pressing pressure of said cuff (10) applied to a body portion of the subject, estimated blood pressure determining means (78) for successively determining an estimated blood pressure value of the subject, based on each of successive sets of actual pulse-wave propagation information, according to a predetermined relationship between blood pressure and pulse-wave propagation information, a heart rate measuring device (90) which measures a heart rate of the subject, and relationship correcting means (92) for correcting said predetermined relationship between blood pressure and pulse-wave propagation information, based on the heart rate measured by said heart rate measuring device (90). <IMAGE>
