发明名称 METHOD OF FORMING POROUS BASE MATERIAL FORMED WITH SOLID OXIDE FILM ON SURFACE AND SOLID FUEL CELL USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of rapidly and inexpensively forming porous ceramics formed with a dense ceramic film of high quality having desired film thickness on its surface by using a migration electrodeposition process. SOLUTION: This method comprises forming the porous base material formed with the dense solid oxide film on its surface by depositing solid oxide particles in the form of a film by the migration electrodeposition process on the surface of the conductive base material obtained by molding a powder mixture containing ceramic raw materials and carbonaceous substance, then firing the base material having the resultant solid oxide particle film on the surface. The porous base material having the resultant solid oxide film on the surface is useful as a cell elementary body of a laminated structure having an electrolytic film on the fuel electrode surface of the solid oxide type fuel cell.
